TROUBLE VIEWING SITE?
If you have trouble using this site, you may have an outdated browser. Don't worry. This can easily be fixed!
If you use Internet Explorer, go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads.
If you use Netscape, go to http://home.netscape.com/computing/download/index.html?cp=cinlndnl.
Download the most recent version of either browser and then try loading the site again.
BROWSER REQUIREMENTS
For the service to work properly, it is important that you enable "cookies" and "JavaScript" in your browser, and that your security options are properly set. The instructions below explain how to do this.
If you are behind a firewall or proxy that does not support secure connections (for example, if you are accessing the Internet from a computer that is part of a corporate network), speak with your local system administrator to see if a solution can be reached using your network. Note that not all firewalls or proxies cause errors.
This site makes use of advanced HTML features including javascript, cascading style sheets, and active graphics. To make your experience here more worthwhile, we recommend that you use the latest version of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you are using an old browser version, you will not see background colors and graphics, and the navigation buttons will not rollover. At a minimum, however, you need to have the version numbers indicated below:
